Zoneminder USB Cam

Well it turns out you don't need your own scripts, zoneminder can natively use a USB camera at 15FPS!

These settings worked for me with a normal usb camera on i386 Ubuntu 17.04:

• Device Path: /dev/video0
• Capture Method: Video For Linux version2
• Device Format: PAL
• Capture Palette: YUYV
• Capture Width: 800
• Capture Height: 600

I do see if I browse to zoneminder though, apache2 stays at 100% afterwards.
